These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Indigo Estate membership platform at indigo-estate.madethis.app, operated by Machala Beckford (“Indigo Estate”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. The Service
Indigo Estate is a digital membership platform providing access to educational content, community resources, and guided programmes. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
Access to content is conditional on maintaining an active membership. The specific content available to you depends on your membership tier (Initiate, Sovereign, or Architect).
2. Membership & Billing
Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel.
- Initiate — £9.00 per month
- Sovereign — £19.00 per month
- Architect — £49.00 per month
Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your membership until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice. Existing members will be notified of any price changes by email at least 30 days in advance.
3. Refund Policy
Monthly memberships: We do not offer refunds on monthly membership payments. When you cancel, you retain access for the remainder of the paid billing period and will not be charged again.
Annual plans: Indigo Estate does not currently offer annual membership plans. If annual plans are introduced in future, pro-rated refunds will apply where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use & Content Licence
All content available through Indigo Estate — including written materials, audio, video, course content, and community posts — is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree that you will not:
- Redistribute, resell, or share access to platform content with non-members
- Copy, reproduce, or adapt our content for any commercial purpose
- Use our content to create competing products or services
- Share your account credentials with others
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract any underlying software or data
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership without refund if you breach these conditions.
5. Platform Content & Updates
Indigo Estate reserves the right to update, modify, add, or remove content from the platform at any time. We may introduce new features, retire existing ones, or restructure the membership tiers with reasonable notice. We aim to communicate significant changes by email at least 14 days in advance.
6. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at team@indigo-estate.madethis.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The content on Indigo Estate is provided for educational and personal development purposes. It does not constitute financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice. You are responsible for how you apply any information or teachings accessed through the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indigo Estate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Our liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you by email where changes are material. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
